Shipping and Return Policy
All orders are produced after your order is placed. Orders are generally shipped 5 business days after your order is processed. Items take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive, depending upon the shipping method selected. Personalized items may take up to an extra 5-7 business days to produce.
Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 72 hours of receipt for a full refund minus shipping charges. If the product is damaged by the shipper, please retain all packing materials. These will be required to process your claim. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. We do require that you obtain a return authorization prior to sending back an item.
If for some reason you are not content with the quality of an item received please contact us for a return authorization. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase and a copy of your invoice must be included with the return. Product must have all original tags attached and will not be accepted if it has been worn, altered or damaged.We are very sorry, but there are NO REFUNDS, RETURNS or EXCHANGES on any personalized products.
